All orders are shipped within one to three business days. Exceptions to this timeframe would include: severe weather
conditions or a problem with the order is detected, such as a word misspelling.

As a general policy we process all orders within one to three business days. All orders are shipped by either UPS ground or USPS Priority Mail. UPS delivers 85% of all packages within 1-4 days. USPS states that it normally delivers these Priority packages within 2-3 days. If it has been more than seven days since you placed your order, use Contact Us to inform us.

We will replace a damaged/defective item provided you report the damage to us within seven days of receiving your order and upload a photo showing the damage or defect. Please refer to the Report a Damage information for details.

Once you place an item(s) in your shopping cart and checkout, an order can be canceled within 60 minutes of checkout. After this time, the order is final and will be shipped to you. Notify us by using Contact Us.


Yes you can place an order as a Guest without creating an Account. You are still required to provide an email address so that we can communicate with you. However, you will not receive promotional emails and we will not save your contact information. When you place a future order you will have to re-enter contact and payment information.

Absolutely! We designed the frames to be able to store up to a dozen Art Prints. It takes less than two minutes to change a print. Our frames are a great way to display seasonal Art Prints and never lose track of them.
